AddPdotoStaticChildlist rule (kmdf)

The AddPdotoStaticChildlist rule specifies that for a PDO device, the framework function WdfFdoAddStaticChild must be called after the driver calls WdfPdoInitAllocate and WdfDeviceCreate successfully.
