VerifyPackageFullName function (appmodel.h)

Verifies whether or not a package full name is syntactically valid.

Syntax

LONG VerifyPackageFullName(
  PCWSTR packageFullName
);

Parameters

packageFullName

Type: _In_ PCWSTR

The package full name to verify.

Return value

Type: LONG

Returns ERROR_SUCCESS if the input is syntactically valid; otherwise ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER.
