| If you specify a StartTime value, the Interval value must divide evenly into a 24-hour period. For instance, 15 minutes is a valid interval, causing the event provider to run 96 times within a 24-hour period. However, 14 minutes is not a valid interval, because it does not divide evenly into a 24-hour period. |
