Clipchamp ohjelma ei tekstitä enää kun noin 28minuuttia 49minuutin videosta. elokuussa sillä pystyi tekstittämään vielä useita 2 tunnin videoita. Missä on vika. kopio tukipyynnöstä:

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with automatic captions in Clipchamp.

Until August, I was successfully generating captions for multiple 2-hour movies every day without any problems.

Recently, automatic captions stop before the transcription is completed. The issue occurs in the Clipchamp desktop application and in multiple web browsers.

Symptoms:

• Caption generation stops at approximately 50% of the video, regardless of video length.
• Downloaded SRT files are incomplete.
• In some cases the transcription reaches the end of the video but gets stuck during the final few seconds of processing and never completes.
• The problem affects all videos.
• Spoken language is English.

Today I purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription and one video transcribed almost completely, but the process froze a few seconds before completion and the SRT file could not be downloaded.

Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with my account or with the Clipchamp captioning service?
