If you order CRM Training Materials for your customers....

In an effort to streamline the ordering process, Element K will be handling all North America transactions for hard-copy training materials as of 1 May, 2007. If you have been using Element K that there will not be a change to the process. However, if you have been using Hachette (HGB), formerly Time Warner Book Group, can expect to hear from a Microsoft or Element K representative to provide them with details.
