Filtros por rangos de fechas en SharePoint 2007

In this article we are going to show a way to create filters by date ranges on a list of SharePoint 2007 using SharePoint Designer and web part "Date Filter" of MOSS 2007. What we want to solve is the limitation of only filter by a specific date, which is what SharePoint offers out of the box, without using Visual Studio.

The steps that follow are:

1. Create a list in SharePoint
2. Convert the list to View Data with SharePoint Designer
3. Filter the view using a parameter
4. Add web parts from "Date Filter"
5. Connect the "Date Filter" to Date View

1. Creation of the list

We create a simple list with two fields: title and date as shown in the image:
