Making your calendar 'real pretty' in Visio

Those cheery folks at the Office Online site provide some great productivity tips. I recently spotted this one which shows how you can export your Outlook Calendar into Visio 2003 with the click of a mouse.

So now you can turn your calendar into a beautiful multi-coloured diagram and prove how hectic your life has become. Just remember to set aside 1 minute in your calendar to do the export and a further three and half hours to make it look 'real pretty'!
