The 2020-10-02 Azure Storage version includes the following features and updates:

You can now delete root blobs with versions. For more information, see the Delete Blob operation.
You can better utilize OAuth for source authorization on synchronous copies. For more information, see the Put Blob from URL, Copy Blob, Put Block from URL, Put Page from URL, Append Block from URL, and Put Range from URL operations.
File-Id is now returned unconditionally in the response body for the List Directories and Files operation.
Directory-Id is now returned in the response body for the List Directories and Files operation.
