CBaseReferenceClock.SetDefaultTimerResolution method

The SetDefaultTimerResolution method sets the resolution of the reference clock's timer.

Minimum timer resolution, in 100-nanosecond units. If the value is zero, the reference clock cancels its previous request.

Returns an HRESULT value.
