CMediaSample.IsSyncPoint method
[The feature associated with this page, DirectShow, is a legacy feature. It has been superseded by MediaPlayer, IMFMediaEngine, and Audio/Video Capture in Media Foundation. The IsSyncPoint method determines if the beginning of the sample is a synchronization point. This method implements the IMediaSample::IsSyncPoint method.
Syntax
HRESULT IsSyncPoint();
Parameters
This method has no parameters.
Return value
Returns S_OK if the sample is a synchronization point, or S_FALSE otherwise.
Remarks
The CMediaSample::m_dwFlags member variable specifies this property.
