The FastTrack organization is a large group of Microsoft engineers who specialize in helping all types of organizations deploy Microsoft 365 apps, including setting up co-management. If you need assistance with co-management prerequisites, enabling co-management, or switching workloads, request assistance from Microsoft FastTrack.

To make a request for assistance from FastTrack:
Sign in to FastTrack for Microsoft 365 using your org ID and password.
Under the Welcome to FastTrack section, select Request FastTrack Assistance.
Enter the number of EMS Licenses in your organization.
Complete the form by adding your contact information, business scenarios, and the products you're trying to troubleshoot.
Submit the request.
Your submission is reviewed and routed to the appropriate FastTrack team. They'll address your eligibility and specific needs. Then a FastTrack manager will contact you to get started.
