Message Handler Functions

The Active Template Library (ATL) continues to be supported. However, we're no longer adding features or updating the documentation.

ATL provides three types of message handler functions:

Type of message handler	Corresponding message macro
MessageHandler	MESSAGE_HANDLER
CommandHandler	COMMAND_HANDLER
NotifyHandler	NOTIFY_HANDLER
