Represents information about the current synchronization session.

ISyncSessionState::GetForgottenKnowledgeRecoveryRangeStart	Gets the lower bound of the recovery range when the session is performing forgotten knowledge recovery.
ISyncSessionState::GetForgottenKnowledgeRecoveryRangeEnd	Gets the upper bound of the recovery range when the session is performing forgotten knowledge recovery.
