BlueScreen Nt Kernel & System

Bonjour à tous, je viens à vous car j'ai un très gros problème actuellement avec mon ordinateur, & je ne sais pas comment le régler.

En effet, mon pc fait aléatoirement des BlueScreen, & cela deviens très inquietant.

Voici le rapport des crashs :

    Selon Windows, le problème viendrait de là, je le poste si jamais ça peux aider.

    Mon pc viens de subir un enieme bluescreen.

    Les rapports montrent que ntfs.sys , et ntoskrnl.exe sont la cause de ces crash, il n'y aurait pas possibilité de pouvoir les supprimer & les réinstaller sans que ça soit dangereux pour le systeme ?

    note qu'un périphérique noté par Windows comme fonctionnant correctement peut parfaitement (sic) dysfonctionner : mise en veille de l'imprimante, réveil du disque externe, envoi de vérification réseau...

    Merci de votre réponse Azo4.

    Le nettoyage est la première chose que j'ai faite. Aucun soucis aux niveaux des insertions & connexions.

    Aucun périphérique défectueux selon le gestionnaire de péripheriques donc je ne pense pas que celui puisse provenir de là. Je peux me tromper !

    Aucun logiciel de ce type n'a été utilisé.

    Je vais tester de réparer les fichiers système comme vous me l'avez suggéré.

    1 - nettoyage/dépoussiérage de la bête (à ouvrir!)

    2 - vérifier insertions et connexions

    2 - essayer sans périphériques

    4 -en espérant que tu n'as pas passé un inutilitaire prétendument "nettoyeur/optimiseur", essaie de réparer les fichiers système:

    clic sur le bouton windows

    au-dessus (zone rechercher), tape cmd

    sur cmd qui apparait plus haut : clic droit/ouvrir en tant qu'administrateur

    dans la fenêtre tape   sfc /scannow    puis la touche Entrée

    laisse agir

    redémarre

    5 - vérification du disque dur
