Inserts the specified PerspectiveKpi to the collection at the specified index.

Creates a new PerspectiveKpi object using the specified KpiID, inserts it to the collection at the specified index and returns the new PerspectiveKpi created.

Inserts the specified PerspectiveKpi to the collection at the specified index.

  • The specified item already esists in the collection.
  • The KpiID of the specified PerspectiveKpi is not valid in the collection.
  • The compatibility-level of the specified PerspectiveKpi is not valid in the collection.
