Valeur de propriété
ConsoleColor qui spécifie la couleur de premier plan de la console, c'est-à-dire la couleur de chaque caractère affiché. La valeur par défaut est gris.

L’exemple suivant vérifie si la couleur d’arrière-plan de la console est noire et, le cas échéant, si elle change la couleur d’arrière-plan en rouge et la couleur de premier plan en noir.

L’exemple suivant enregistre les valeurs de l’énumération dans ConsoleColor un tableau et stocke les valeurs actuelles des propriétés et dans ForegroundColor les BackgroundColor variables. Il modifie ensuite la couleur de premier plan en chaque couleur de l’énumération, à l’exception ConsoleColor de la couleur qui correspond à l’arrière-plan actuel, et elle change la couleur d’arrière-plan pour chaque couleur de l’énumération, à l’exception ConsoleColor de la couleur qui correspond au premier plan actuel. (Si la couleur de premier plan est identique à la couleur d’arrière-plan, le texte n’est pas visible.) Enfin, il appelle la ResetColor méthode pour restaurer les couleurs de la console d’origine.

Remarques
Une opération get pour une application Windows, dans laquelle il n’existe pas de console, retourne Gray.
Les systèmes Unix ne fournissent aucun mécanisme général permettant d’extraire les couleurs actuelles de la console. Pour cette raison, ForegroundColor retourne (ConsoleColor)-1
jusqu’à ce qu’il soit défini de manière explicite (à l’aide du setter).
