Classes that derive from the SecurityTokenSerializer class must override the CanWriteKeyIdentifierClauseCore(SecurityKeyIdentifierClause) method. The CanWriteKeyIdentifierClause(SecurityKeyIdentifierClause) method calls the CanWriteKeyIdentifierClauseCore(SecurityKeyIdentifierClause) method.
