Remarques

Impossible de créer des objets asynchrones IsolatedStorageFileStream , contrairement à FileStream. Toutefois, les BeginWriteméthodes , BeginRead, EndWriteet EndRead sont prises en charge sur les instances synchrones, avec certaines pénalités de performances.
