Determines if two instances of FragmentState describes the different TextFragment state.

state1: FragmentState

An instance of TextFragment whose described state is compared against the instance of TextFragment provided by the state2 argument.

state2: FragmentState

An instance of TextFragment whose described state is compared against the instance of TextFragment provided by the state1 argument.

Returns

Boolean

Returns true if both instances of FragmentState, state1 and state2, do not describe the same TextFragment state, otherwise false is returned.

Remarks

The equivalent method for this operator is FragmentState.Equals(FragmentState).
