Remarques

Le value paramètre est converti en millisecondes, qui est converti en graduations, et ce nombre de graduations est utilisé pour initialiser le nouveau TimeSpan. Par conséquent, value ne sera considéré comme précis que jusqu’à la milliseconde la plus proche. Notez que, en raison de la perte de précision du Double type de données, cette conversion peut provoquer un OverflowException pour des valeurs qui sont proches de mais toujours dans la plage de MinValue ou MaxValue.
