In this module, you’ll advance to the third phase, Deliver impact, of your adoption journey with Copilot for Microsoft 365. This essential phase focuses on driving value and maximizing the impact of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365. You’ll learn how to gather feedback from users and stakeholders from listening sessions and track end-user adoption through distribution of surveys. You’ll learn about adoption scores in the Microsoft 365 admin center and how to track Copilot usage in the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard. Lastly, you’ll gain insights on how to conduct a service health review and ways to foster ongoing engagement with Copilot. This module will provide you with the skills necessary to measure and optimize your organization's adoption results and user experience with Copilot for Microsoft 365.
