activation problems

I need help with a Windows activation issue.

My computer was purchased new about 6 years ago with a genuine pre-installed Windows 10 Home license. I have been using the same installation ever since.

I have not replaced any hardware, especially not the motherboard, and I have not performed a clean installation or reinstalled Windows.

Recently, Windows suddenly became deactivated and I started receiving activation errors. In the Activation settings I receive the following error messages:

Error 0x803F7001

Error 0x803FA067

"The last product key you entered can't be used on this copy of Windows."

I am signed in with my Microsoft account, but when I use the activation troubleshooter and select "I changed hardware on this device recently", Windows reports that it cannot find any devices linked to my account that can be used to reactivate this device.

License channel shown by slmgr: OEM_DM channel

License status: Notification

No hardware changes were made

No Windows reinstallation was performed

System File Checker (sfc /scannow) found corrupted files and successfully repaired them, but the activation issue remains

Since this computer originally came with a genuine Windows 10 Home license and the hardware has not been changed, I would appreciate your assistance in restoring the activation or verifying the original license associated with this device.

Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command:

slmgr /dlv

Then share a screenshot please. Thanks!

Next, Launch Powershell (note, it is not Command Prompt, but Powershell), and run this code to see if you have an OEM license on the motherboard.
