Unmodifiable	0	Targeted value is not modifiable by localizers.
Modifiable	1	Targeted value is modifiable by localizers.
Inherit	2	Targeted value modifiability is inherited from its parent node.

The following code example shows the modifiability value of localization attributes defined for a button.
