תבנית זכאות (EntitlementTemplate) טבלה/הפניה לישות (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

מכיל תנאי תמיכת לקוחות מוגדרים מראש שניתן להשתמש בהם ליצירת זכאויות ללקוחות.
