סיבה

משימת קדם-התקנה ניסתה לבצע ServiceControl.PS1 להפסיק את כל שירותי Exchange עבור תהליך השדרוג של Exchange. עם זאת, קובץ ServiceControl.ps1 ה- Script של הקובץ מסומן בדגל כ- Do Not Run.

פתרון

1. פתח את מעטפת ניהול Exchange ושנה את הספריה ל- <Service Pack installation path>:\Setup\ServerRoles\common\.
2. הפעלה .\ServiceControl.ps1.
3. תראה שהגדרת ברירת המחדל היא [D] Do not run. הזן אפשרות [A] עבור Always run.
4. סגור את מעטפת ניהול Exchange.
5. משורת פקודה, הפעל setup.com /m:upgrade שוב.

ייתכן שהשדרוג נכשל בעת ביצוע קבצי Script אחרים. ייתכן שתוכל לעקוף בעיה זו על-ידי ביצוע קבצי ה- Script הנדרשים ממעטפת ניהול Exchange ולאפשר להם להשלים בנפרד.
