Cannot jump to specified type because it is in the specified library, which is not currently referenced

This error has the following causes and solutions:

• You tried to specify a type in a library that isn't reference within the project. Set a reference to the type library through the References dialog.

For additional information, select the item in question and press F1 (in Windows) or HELP (on the Macintosh).
