To add a textbox
- In Report Builder design mode, click Textbox on the Insert menu.
Note
Alternatively, right-click on the design area, point to Insert, and then click Textbox.
To move a textbox
In Report Builder design mode, select the textbox.
The textbox handles are displayed.
Click and drag the text box to the new location.
To resize a textbox
In Report Builder design mode, select the textbox.
The textbox handles are displayed.
Position the pointer on the center of a handle or on one of the textbox corners.
When the pointer changes, drag in the direction that you want to resize the textbox.
To delete a textbox
In Report Builder design mode, select the textbox that you want delete.
On the Edit menu, click Delete.
Note
Alternatively, select the textbox, and then press Delete.
