DROP RECIPIENT

Drops a recipient. An exception is thrown if the recipient does not exist in the system. To drop a recipient you must be its owner.

Syntax

DROP RECIPIENT [ IF EXISTS ] recipient_name

Parameters

  • IF EXISTS

    If specified, no exception is thrown when the recipient does not exist.

  • recipient_name

    The name of an existing recipient in the system. If the name does not exist, an exception is thrown.
