Raises the ConnectionsActivated event to indicate that a page and its controls are loaded, and connections on the page have been activated to begin sharing data.

Remarks
The OnConnectionsActivated method raises the ConnectionsActivated event after a page has completed the loading process. The method provides a way to add a handler for the event.
Page developers can add a custom handler for the event by adding an OnConnectionsActivated attribute to the <asp:webpartmanager> element in a page, and then assigning a custom method name to the attribute.
