Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsEnum property.

true if the current Type represents an enumeration; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The Type.IsEnum property gets a value indicating whether the current Type represents an enumeration.
