Creates a new DLP policy in the tenant by using the NewPolicy DLPPolicyDefinition
object.

The New-DlpPolicy cmdlet creates a new DLP policy for the logged in admin's tenant. Use Get-Help New-DlpPolicy -Examples for more detail.
