China TCS

Trusted Cloud Service (TCS) evaluation is a cloud services quality evaluation system developed by the TCS working group of the Open Source Cloud Alliance for Industry (OSCA) under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China (MIIT). TCS evaluation is also the authoritative evaluation system for cloud computing services in China. The evaluation aims to cultivate the Chinese public cloud services market, enhance users’ confidence in cloud services, and protect certified cloud service providers.

Azure China is a physically separated instance of cloud services located in China. It's independently operated and transacted by 21Vianet, one of the country’s largest Internet providers. Microsoft Azure operated by 21Vianet has obtained the TCS evaluation for in-scope services described on the Trust Center.

For more information about China TCS compliance, see Trust Center documentation. All Azure China compliance certificates and reports can be downloaded directly from the 21Vianet compliance center. You must sign-in with a valid Azure China account that generally has the following format: xxx@xxx.partner.onmschina.cn
