Returns the larger of two half-precision float values (the value closest to positive infinity). Special values are handled in the following ways: <ul> <li>If either value is NaN, the result is NaN</li> <li>#POSITIVE_ZERO is greater than #NEGATIVE_ZERO</li> </ul>
