TimeProvider.GetUtcNow Method

Gets a DateTimeOffset value whose date and time are set to the current Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) date and time and whose offset is Zero, all according to this TimeProvider's notion of time.

Remarks
The default implementation returns UtcNow.
