Gets or sets the line color of a scrollbar.

A Color value that represents the line color of the scrollbar. The default value is Empty.

Remarks
This property represents the color used for the arrows in up/down and left/right buttons, the symbol inside the reset button, as well as the border of the entire scrollbar.
If the value of this property is Empty, the line color used will be determined by the LineColor property value.
