This interface is not intended for public implementation. For more information, see remarks for the IInputElement interface.

Existing implementations in the Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) core (see ContentElement.IsEnabled and UIElement.IsEnabled) make this property read/write and establish this property as a dependency property.
