Business value
Users like the sales accelerator experience, where they get a prioritized list of customers and an optimized workspace. It's a modern view that enables seamless navigation without multiple context switches. However, dependency on the admin to turn on the capability and limited record sets limit the current usage of the feature. The main targets from this capability are:
- Remove the sales accelerator feature availability bottleneck by removing any admin setting to use this feature.
- Provide the workspace view to sellers as part of the entity forms, thus increasing the touchpoints within Dynamics 365.
- Provide an entity-specific focus work view experience for users to be able to manage, plan, and efficiently complete their tasks for assigned entities irrespective of added tasks with or without a due date.
Feature details
The functionality will allow your sellers to choose and work in the layout that works best for their use cases. The key capabilities will include:
- Additional filtering based on advanced filter query and save as custom views.
- Customize the Worklist card to surface relevant fields.
- Manage and share views from the view picker.
