The Fundraising and Engagement solution, powered by Dynamics 365 Sales, is a constituent relationship management platform that helps nonprofit organizations modernize donor and constituent engagement to increase mission impact. With Fundraising and Engagement, you can:

  • Attract, retain, and grow donor and supporter bases. Get a comprehensive view of constituents so that you can connect more effectively through personalized engagement. Increase donor loyalty and lifetime giving by understanding and addressing funder priorities.

  • Drive fundraising efficiency and reduce costs by automating key business processes such as donation, opportunity, campaign, and event management.

  • Get an accurate picture of fundraising and financial outcomes. Eliminate the need for complex fundraising and financial reconciliation through end-to-end donation, revenue, and transaction management.

The Fundraising and Engagement solution relies on Azure services for certain features. These features include recurring gift processing and automated financial summaries to help staff understand campaign performance, constituent giving, and household impact over time. Fundraising and Engagement Azure Services is an Azure Resource Manager (ARM) template that you use to deploy Azure services required for this solution.

Fundraising performance dashboard

The Fundraising performance dashboard brings together key fundraising performance indicators in one place. It provides a holistic view of donors, fundraising, and campaign outcomes in near-real-time as data gets added and updated in an organization’s CRM. Built on Power BI’s industry-leading data visualization platform, the dashboard connects seamlessly to data through the Common Data Model for Nonprofits.
