Troubleshooting Setup Table
Specifies the assignment of troubleshooting guidelines to service items, items and service item groups.
When you view the troubleshooting for a service item, the program first searches for troubleshooting assigned directly to the service item. If not found, the program searches for troubleshooting assigned to the item related to the service item. If not found, it searches for the one assigned to the service item group related to the service item.

To see the list of fields in this table, change to the Classic view. Choose the Choose View button in the upper-right corner, and then choose Classic.
