Lot No. Field, Item Ledger Entry Table

Contains a lot number if the posted item carries such a number.

It is copied from the Tracking Specification table during posting.

The program creates an item ledger entry for each unique item tracking number posted.

Example: 5 pieces of an item each carrying a unique combination of lot and serial number will create 5 item ledger entries.

You can choose the field to see specific information if a Lot No. Information card exists for the lot number.
