Archiving Purchase Quote Field, Purchases & Payables Setup Table
Specifies if you want to archive purchase quotes when they are deleted.

Ask every time if the purchase quote must be archived. |

Archive the purchase quote when you create a sales order from a purchase quote, or when you manually delete a purchase quote. |
