If you want the prepayment to apply to all lines on the purchase order, you enter the prepayment percentage in this field. If a prepayment percentage is setup for a vendor in general, that prepayment percentage will automatically appear in this field. Do not enter the percent sign. For example, if the prepayment percentage is 8%, simply enter 8.
