340 Declaration Lines Window
Shows the declaration lines for the report 340 declaration.
You view the invoices and credit memos with their operation codes and taxes before you export the declaration data to a .txt file.
For more information about a specific field, select the field, and then press F1.
Important
You can modify the operation codes on the declaration lines by selecting the appropriate operation codes in the Operation Code field. If the operation code is R, you must fill in the Property Location and Property Tax Account No. fields. Microsoft Dynamics NAV performs record validations for the operation code R.
Important
If you modify other operation codes, you do not need to fill in additional fields. Microsoft Dynamics NAV does not perform any record validations. Changes to the values on the declaration lines are used for reporting purposes, and not stored in the database.
Important
You cannot modify the operation codes C, D, or I on the declaration lines because they are system-created codes. You can use the operation code Z to indicate a transaction that is under the CAC regimen.
Important
You cannot view payments in cash in the window. You can only view payments in cash in the exported declaration .txt file.
