This field contains the possible payment discount in local currency for this general journal line. The possible payment discount is the discount that you receive from a vendor or a customer receives from you when the journal line is applied before the due date of the payment discount.

If the journal line is linked to a sales or purchase header, the amount is copied from the Pmt. Discount Amount field on that sales or purchase header.
