How to: Show Index Properties
You can display properties for an index in the Indexes/Keys dialog box.
Note
The dialog boxes and menu commands you see might differ from those described in Help depending on your active settings or edition. To change your settings, choose Import and Export Settings on the Tools menu. For more information, see Visual Studio Settings.
To show index properties in the Properties window
In Server Explorer, select the table for the index with properties you want to see.
From the Database menu, click Open Table Definition.
From the Table Designer menu, click Indexes/Keys.
Select the index from the Selected Primary/Unique Key or Index list.
Properties are shown in the grid.

You can also see an abbreviated list of index properties by selecting the index in Server Explorer. Properties are shown in the Properties window.
