Analyzes the text of the Bookmark control to determine the language that it is written in.

Remarks
The results of the DetectLanguage method are stored in the LanguageID property on a character-by-character basis.
If the DetectLanguage method has already been applied to the Bookmark control, the LanguageDetected property is set to true. To re-evaluate the language of the text of the Bookmark control, you must first set LanguageDetected property to false.
