Remarks

The returned CodeTypeRef object has a TypeKind property of vsCMTypeRefArray, and an ElementType that is a copy of the CodeTypeRef object upon which CreateArrayType was invoked. The Parent property will be Nothing because no CodeElement has a Type property that refers to the newly-created CodeTypeRef object.

Note

The values of code model elements such as classes, structs, functions, attributes, delegates, and so forth can be non-deterministic after making certain kinds of edits, meaning that their values cannot be relied upon to always remain the same.
