Desktop Analytics is a cloud-based service that integrates with Configuration Manager. It provides a number of solutions that provide useful information about the state of deployed devices in your organization and provides guidance for planning pilot and production deployments.

Desktop Analytics is scheduled to retire in November 2022. Microsoft is working to incorporate metrics provided by Desktop Analytics into Endpoint Analytics.
