ODBC drivers that are compatible with Excel for Mac 2011 and 2016

Using Excel for MAC and experiencing an error similar to below?  You may need to install the specific components needed to successfully connect. 

Message examples: 

     No ODBC driver is installed.
     To refresh a query, you must first install the appropriate ODBC driver for this version of Excel on your computer.  

     Microsoft Excel cannot complete this operation because the ODBC Driver Manager is not installed.
     To install the ODBC Driver Manager, run Setup and install the database driver for the type of database(s)
      you want to access.

    This is your answer? You point to the exact same link in the error message! (Go to Page)... if that worked - we wouldn't be looking for something else - would we?Please STOP posting non-answers, as it comes up on our searches and does nothing. Seriously... what value did this provide?
