Keterangan

Jika properti telah dimuat, properti tidak akan dimuat ulang. Jika tidak terkini, panggil Refresh metode pada objek untuk menyegarkan properti.

Jika informasi yang memadai tentang objek ini hilang, pengecualian akan dinaikkan. Jika objek tidak ada di server, metode mengembalikan false. Jika tidak, properti dimuat dan metode mengembalikan true.
